Then we discovered hidden defects: a significant leak under our canopy (the seller was aware of this). Instead of acknowledging the problem, the selling real estate agent says we should resolve it with a lawyer. 0% responsibility taken for the house they are selling. Don't buy a house through them, you don't know what you're buying.
