Deze makelaar heeft het kennelijk nog steeds te goed. Op onze mail met enkele inhoudelijke vragen omtrent een perceel dat al ruim 5 maanden bij hen te koop staat, kregen wij pas na een herinneringsmail van ons een uiterst summiere beantwoording. Tussen de regels door schuift meneer Sjirk de Jong de schuld voor de late beantwoording ook nog eens in de schoenen van de secretaresse, wat we helemaal onbillijk vinden. Kennelijk was het tevens teveel moeite om de vragen gesteld in onze mail in volzinnen te beantwoorden. Inmiddels bleek dat er ook al een koper voor het perceel gevonden was. Waarom beantwoording dan zo lang heeft moeten wachten is ons dan ook een raadsel. Indien u op zoek bent naar een makelaarskantoor dat de tijd en aandacht voor uw zaken heeft, zoek vooral verder!

Bij de verkoop van ons huis, heel erg weinig actie. Geen initiatieven. En als wij niet regelmatig belden over het 1 of ander, dan zouden we nooit weer wat horen. Bij interesse in een woning, proberen een afspraak te maken, maar 0 flexibiliteit. Voor ons 10 anderen. Mocht het ooit zover komen dat we ons huis gaan verkopen, nooit via Brandsma en de Jong, en voor een aankoop gaat het hetzelfde. Ze zullen geen cent aan ons verdienen. Dus denk goed na of je met deze makelaar in zee wilt gaan.

Fijn kantoor welke goed op de hoogte is van de huizenmarkt. Is erg prettig in de omgang en communicatie

Wat een mens eraan heeft weet ik niet maar erg mooie computer gegenereerde plaatjes.

Een eerste gesprek gehad met Sjirk de Jong toen hij erg aardig, gezellig en professioneel over kwam. Toen we uiteindelijk besloten om niet van zijn diensten gebruik gingen maken (omdat we de verkoop zelf zijn gaan doen door grote belangstelling) hebben we een hele andere kant van meneer de Jong kunnen zien. Uiterst onplezierig en onprofessioneel. Hij was lief en uiterst aardig zolang je geld kan opleveren, daarna erg onprofessioneel en onbeschoft gedrag. Ik raad deze makelaar niet aan.

Enkele maanden geleden een huis gekocht bij deze makelaar. Bij inspectie was de kruipruimte niet toegankelijk. Het luik zat muurvast en was niet open te krijgen. "Ik had zelf gereedschap moeten meenemen". Nu staat er 20 cm water, is de riolering stuk en gaat het bijna 1200 euro kosten. Hartelijk dank! Ik beveel deze makelaar NIET aan.
