This real estate agent apparently still has too much of a good thing. On our email with some substantive questions regarding a plot that has been for sale with them for more than five months, we only received an extremely brief response after a reminder email from us. Between the lines, Mr. Sjirk de Jong also shifts the blame for the late response onto the secretary, which we find completely unfair. Apparently, it was also too much trouble to answer the questions posed in our email in full sentences. In the meantime, it turned out that a buyer for the plot had already been found. Why the response had to wait so long is also a mystery to us. If you are looking for a real estate agency that has the time and attention for your business, please keep looking!

When selling our house, there was almost no action. No initiatives. And if we did not regularly call about one thing or another, we would never hear anything again. If there is an interest in a property, they try to make an appointment, but with zero flexibility. For us, there are ten others. Should it ever come to the point that we decide to sell our house, we will never go through Brandsma and de Jong, and the same goes for a purchase. They will not earn a single cent from us. So think carefully before you decide to go into business with this real estate agent.

We had a first conversation with Sjirk de Jong when he came over very nice, friendly and professional. When we ultimately decided not to use his services (because we started selling ourselves due to great interest) we could see a completely different side of Mr. de Jong. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. He was nice and extremely friendly as long as you can raise money, after that very unprofessional and rude behavior. I do not recommend this real estate agent.

A few months ago I bought a house through this real estate agent. During the inspection, the crawl space was not accessible. The hatch was fixed into the wall and could not be opened. 'I should have brought my own tools.' Now there is 20 cm of water, the drainage is broken and it will cost almost 1200 euros. Sincere thanks! I DO NOT recommend this real estate agent.
