In July/August 2023. Our house put up for sale through Nieboer real estate agents. Unfortunately, not really satisfied. According to the realtor, we had to sell our house at the first offer, which was far too low; ultimately, we accepted a second offer. Drafting the purchase agreement took more than 3 weeks. When we had questions, we were NOT always answered properly. And also regarding the transfer of the central heating lease boiler, when the buyer stopped responding, the realtor did absolutely nothing for us. Therefore, we ended up buying out the boiler because the realtor did nothing. We will never sell a house through this realtor again. Very poor communication!

Responded to a house on Funda and requested a viewing, nothing heard for 4 days. In the meantime, I had also had my own house digitally valued via a link they sent. Received a phone call with 'You indicated yesterday that you want to sell your house....'. That's not the approach, I want to buy a house and yes, also sell my own. Then it’s just said, 'oh that one has already been sold to an acquaintance of the seller.' So.. no, don't have a good feeling about a real estate agent who approaches clients like that. Do call if you want to sell something, don't respond to requests for viewings.

Years ago, a bad experience with them (Possibly purchase Bosweg 25 Midwolda). Now I'm in contact with them again. They have a house for sale (Borgweg 121 Farmsum) where part of the land from my business premises is being included in the sale. So always be carefully alert when dealing with this real estate agent.
