Unfortunately, after being a customer for 9 years, I applied for insurance for a second car. The 'risk' analysis just determined that I would want to cover them up. Never had any issues. 2 recovery damages were neatly settled. And now, after 9 years of being claim-free, your story is not believed and you won't get the discount you normally should receive. Very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this company. Especially not as an intermediary. Now insurance has been arranged elsewhere where I do get the discounts and therefore pay much less than with verbrugge/zlm

Also many contradictory messages, so you don't know where you stand. The worst thing was that once the purchase/sale was complete, she completely relinquished all responsibility. Any problems after the sale or purchase of your house? According to Miranda, you have to solve it yourself because her work is done! Certainly in real estate, aftercare/service is just as important as the sale or purchase itself, where Makelaar Miranda unfortunately falls short. Given the high reviews, this can of course (and hopefully) be a snapshot in time, but this was my personal experience. A tip if you still go to Miranda, make your expectations clear multiple times and put agreements in black and white.
