Residents are left with non-functioning facilities, which means squatters don't have to make an effort to gain access to the building, which also happens repeatedly, especially when summer is behind us. Communication often goes poorly and the maintenance parties also appear dissatisfied and not involved, even though many reports have been made by residents. Above all, it’s very unfortunate that they can’t consistently deliver the service that they apparently are capable of providing, as evidenced by other reviews, to all properties with all the consequences thereof. This concerns at least the building on Marktplein in Apeldoorn.

They require that you provide them with at least 20 different (very personal) documents in advance, go through various identification steps via an external app... and then never contact you again. The online platform they use (IDD) is a mess. You cannot change your password and you get a random email address as username. You can't even get an appointment if you call them (and have a high income). Probably a scam.

Terrible rental agent. Rarely or never fulfill made appointments. Problems are not resolved, but this is not the problem of Van der Linden but of Consilium. Of course, vice versa.
