We had a super fine and special experience with Sanne Makelaardij! We have on ourselves a beautiful house and is also located in a good location, but after 19 years some things had to be addressed which we were facing. Then we came across a house on funda that we fell in love with because this was meticulously cared for and you could move in immediately. After the viewing moment we had to decide within one and a half days which offer we would make and then found it quite intense. We then involved Sanne because we wanted to know what our house is worth etc., after all it's not a sandwich you sell and buy. We sat with Sanne for a few hours who was well prepared and discussed all the pros and cons. What we experienced as special is the fact that she, despite our enthusiasm for the other house, also tasted our love for our current house. My husband and I thought about it again carefully and then decided to make some adjustments in our current house so that we could stay here. This is the first time that we experience a real estate agent in this way. Not a passive or pushy real estate agent but a woman who understands her profession and looks further than just buying or selling a house. We can highly recommend Sanne, an example of how it could also be!

NO DEALS WITH THEM!!!!!!!! Sanne does 1 on 1 deals with Hypotheekvisie Dronten and they are in the same building. I had interest in selling my house and buying a kluswoning. The task for the Dronten/Sanne real estate agency was; -sell my apartment for the best price -do the purchase of my new kluswoning -set aside from the surplus a pot for buying materials t.b.v. The klushuis... How hard can it be you think?... Just a yes or no on this task you would think. First of all; Hypotheekvisie Dronten is simply not reachable. When Hypotheekvisie Dronten finally calls back YOU have to speak with him; Because calling back or another time simply can't. Hypotheekvisie Dronten dictates here the agenda of me as a small entrepreneur. Piles of emails with various obscure forms have to be digitally signed at the most impossible times... Also here; shut down the business and go home, I strangely enough have no mobile office. That this costs customers is still put aside for now. Then the purchase of the klushuis naturally goes over the signing date. So the 10% penalty hangs very threateningly above your head and with the selling real estate agent it's a party because you've bought the house. Hypotheekvisie Dronten however says that it's not yet settled; MAAAARRRR... but it will be fine. Anyway, it turned out fine; the mortgage can be signed with Hypotheekvisie Dronten at their office. Upon signing the mortgage comes out cheaper than calculated.. does this make sense?... Yes it makes sense... and there's enough left from the transfer of the apartment to spend on the klushuis. Good, we can go in... great. Then selling the apartment; The buyer experiences the same; No to barely any contact with Hypotheekvisie Dronten possible. Of course here as well traditionably the bank guarantee comes too late and the transfer is postponed to my protest. UNFORTUNATELY the notary calls... NOT HYPOTHEEKVISIE DRONTEN.... THE NOTARY CALLS... With a somewhat hesitant tone that there is no 10/15.000 euro coming off but instead 32,500 euro must be brought along. Also here in Hypotheekvisie traditionably unreachable but eventually it turns out that Hypotheekvisie Dronten has not closed a part of the mortgage. You already guess it; That I have to do myself. AGAIN 2 businesses forced to shut!!! This costs a whole day of calling with a bank and notary where the bank as a customer simply really arrogant enough won't speak to me, because you're just a simple figure. Eventually after 6 hours of back and forth calling and they keep stalling it gets closed. The transfer naturally takes much longer and I pay the costs through two mortgages. Looking back at the administration teaches the following; Hypotheekvisie Dronten is paid for his services at the moment BEFORE the last part of the mortgage is settled. PAID MEANS THAT NOTHING MORE IS DONE!! THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER! Then the real estate agent also says; You actually can't transfer the apartment; To avoid that 10% penalty you have to let the buyer in BUT that's renting!! And that's not allowed!. Just for the uninformed; The real estate agent is Hypotheekvisie Dronten's wife! Conflicts of interest we're talking about!! Anyway; the risk was taken because we have to pay anyway. 32.500 euro settling is better than 62.500 euro settling. Later had a conversation with Hypotheekvisie Dronten, Sanne real estate agency, It's still the customer's fault because there's no action or any gesture. In short; As a normal person if you want a nice little house; You have to accept this way of doing things. This has caused a lot of extra costs and Hypotheekvisie Dronten just laughs his way out. He fills his account up. FINAL CONCLUSION; the head office does nothing either. If something goes wrong it's on your own account! ADVICE; NO DEALS WITH THEM!!!! IF YOU GO INSIDE SANNE YOU'RE STUCK WITH HYPOTHEEKVISIE DRONTEN!!
