Tijdens bezichtiging leek het allemaal prima. Toen we een bod uit brachten per mail kregen we via via te horen dat de verkoper het bod niet had ontvangen, na een telefoontje bleek ons bod in de spam bij hun te zijn gekomen. Hun zouden het bod doorsturen maar hebben daarna nooit meer iets vernomen…. Later de reviews gelezen en alles klopt wel, makelaar denkt dat het huis zichzelf wel verkoopt…

De bezichtiging bij deze makelaar was voldoende. Het ging helaas mis via de mail. Na de bezichtiging hebben wij een bod gedaan die blijkbaar niet was binnengekomen en toen wij daarom vroegen werd aangegeven door Winnie dat de mail "misschien" wel in de spambox was terecht gekomen? Maar het mailtje dat ik daarna via funda zelf stuurde kwam wel binnen, maar omdat de woning inmiddels verkocht was voelde zij niet de noodzaak om netjes terug te mailen. Een beetje vriendelijkheid of after service zou op ze plek zijn hier.

Definitely not recommended. We had an appraisal carried out by this company for the sale of our house. The report that was returned was below par and contained a number of errors. Furthermore, we did not agree with the appraised value and on what basis the appraiser had based it. This was pointed out but the appraiser didn't want to correct the mistakes and seemed primarily interested in payment.

I came through acquaintances to Rene de Ruiter of HAL makelaardij. In the spring of 2020, HAL Makelaardij took my house for sale and there was a very pleasant atmosphere from the first moment. Rene de Ruiter says what he does and does what he says. He has really been proactive with the negotiation(s) and achieved the best result for us. In short, an excellent choice. Worst realtor I could ever experience. My fiancé and I had a viewing for a house. My fiancé and I were well on time. The door is opened and we are harshly rejected, not even offering an apology. She didn't give us the chance to view the house either, then she starts telling us that she had emailed and called us, that the house was sold. Totally untrue. Not a friendly realtor!!!

Mijn ervaring met Heul Vastgoed in Alkmaar is helaas zeer teleurstellend. De communicatie is bijzonder slecht: nadat we door hen vriendelijk waren doorverwezen om een vergunning stop te zetten, iets wat hij zelf adviseerden.. hebben we vervolgens helemaal geen reactie meer ontvangen en het pand staat nog steeds te koop op funda. Wat het extra frustrerend maakt, is dat er ook geen enkele opvolging is geweest vanuit de makelaar na de bezichtiging. Er wordt niet teruggebeld, niet gereageerd op berichten en er wordt ook niet even ingecheckt hoe het ervoor staat. Je staat er als klant volledig alleen voor. Wij hadden verwacht dat een professionele partij verantwoordelijkheid zou nemen en bereikbaar zou zijn, maar dat is hier absoluut niet het geval. Zeer ontevreden over de gang van zaken.
