Bas Jetten was onze contactpersoon en hij verdient echt een compliment: hij nam uitgebreid de tijd tijdens de bezichtiging, gaf eerlijke en duidelijke informatie, en reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen. Ook na de sleuteloverdracht bleef de service top. De woning was in perfecte staat; geen verborgen gebreken of onverwachte problemen. Kortom: een professioneel, betrouwbaar en klantgericht makelaarskantoor. We raden Ten Cate Real Estate absoluut aan!

Pararius zou zichzelf beter “Only for Students” kunnen noemen. Het platform is compleet zinloos voor gewone woningzoekenden. Dag in dag uit komen er alleen woningen online met de melding ‘alleen voor studenten’. Zelfs met een betaald Pararius Plus-account krijg je geen eerlijke kans en geen enkele transparantie. De enige keer dat ik een bezichtiging kreeg, was voor een woning die letterlijk op instorten stond. Dit platform wekt de indruk van willekeur en ongelijke behandeling. Absoluut teleurstellend en zeker geen aanrader voor wie serieus op zoek is naar een fatsoenlijke woning.

Zoek je een kamer of een huur huis? Ik heb echt alles afgezocht maar kwam iedere keer weer bij Pararius met het beste en meest actuele en volledige aanbod! Voor mij een verademing na alle andere websites die ik bezocht had. Keep up the good work!

Laat helemaal niets weten. Kost veel en vervolgens krijg je de slechtste service van Nederland. Ik en mijn partner hadden gereageerd op een huis en we zouden binnen 2 dagen wat horen. Wij worden niet gemaild en gebeld dus we bellen en mailen zelf. Er wordt niets duidelijk en niemand kan ons helpen. Vervolgens een week later zien we dat het verhuurd is. Zover dus die premium bullshit.

Als verhuurmakelaar werken wij nu meerdere jaren samen met Pararius & Pararius office. Altijd worden we goed te woord gestaand, pro-actief geholpen en up to date gehouden. Keep it up!
