Stay away. The building was poorly maintained, contact was minimal. Not fire safe, broken glass, poorly delivered homes. Almost never responses to emails. Even when the sewer came up in the garden, it was almost impossible to make contact. I have been trying for months to get a rental statement to register for social housing but nothing happens ('I'll add a note to it, you will be called back as soon as possible'). Not recommended.
