We have learned a lot from her and benefited greatly from her knowledge. In addition, the viewings together were also very pleasant every time, which is not unimportant. The other employees, such as the secretariat staff, were also very kind and helpful. All viewings were quickly scheduled for us. Thanks to VHA Makelaars, we were able to buy a house within a few weeks that we are very happy with. We would definitely recommend VHA Makelaars to everyone!

09 Mar 2021Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

09 Mar 2020After a very nice and pleasant first contact, a second appointment was made where a plan would be drawn up. This appointment was cancelled due to illness (which is understandable). Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

Where they primarily distinguish themselves is that, in addition to guidance throughout the entire purchasing process, they also work on a basis of modular services. Ideal in our situation because within a short timeframe we had to find a property and were not bound to the specific working area of the real estate agent. We have now purchased our dream home, a property that unfortunately fell outside the working area of Grotenhuis Makelaardij. That does not diminish the fact that we are enormously grateful to Fabian for the knowledge we gained thanks to him (such as what we should pay attention to when purchasing a home and what a very well-finished property is approximately worth in the current housing market). I am convinced that this would not have succeeded for me otherwise (yet) without this knowledge. In the future, there will certainly be a moment when we return to this area; Grotenhuis Makelaardij will then absolutely be the first real estate agent I involve in my search. Fabian, thank you again for everything you were able to mean to us! You are an excellent real estate agent with enormous knowledge, which together with your always friendly and positive demeanor distinguishes you as a professional within your field and as a real estate agent within the area.

Moreno knows which houses are the hot properties and which ones require a more cautious approach. He adapts the bidding strategy accordingly, of course everything in consultation with you. Incredibly exciting, but he was absolutely right! He protects you from bids that a property isn't worth. After we had purchased our dream home, we didn’t have to think about who would sell our 'old' house: Moreno! That also went super well. But why Moreno and his team and not another real estate agent? Partly thanks to the quick switching with Thomas after the last viewing, it was possible to purchase the house. Subsequently, Luuk provided me with excellent advice when taking out the mortgage. For both components, I received excellent assistance and was provided with the correct information, so that the process could be handled easily and quickly and I as a customer could proceed through this process without worries. In particular, the guidance for the mortgage was very good. After the required documentation had been submitted, the entire process proceeded smoothly and simply. There was consideration of other options, so that I as a customer could benefit most. There were also moments when extra work was needed or other adjustments had to be made to get everything finalized. Here too, there was quick response and processing, allowing the complete application to be completed quickly and in one go with the lender. A pleasant organization with people who are happy to help and support you. Also, there is a nice atmosphere on location, making it enjoyable to visit.
