You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

In 2018 we met Jeannell in the team of our then purchasing agent and she managed to inspire us even more to move from The Hague to Arnhem. Through brilliant advice, we bought our home. 6 years later it is time for a new chapter and for the sale the choice was clear this time: we want her again! 17 Jul 2025At the beginning of this year, my partner and I made the decision to move to Arnhem. We received a tip from a friend who has made the same decision to contact Zigt as a purchasing agent. That turned out to be good advice, because from the first moment we felt welcome. You can also get mortgage advice here, which was the most positive experience for me. Luuk gave good advice, and eventually, after 5 bids, we bought a house. The viewings where Thomas was present were also useful; we immediately received tips for when we went without an agent. In addition, it was just pleasant every time we saw each other, which makes the whole process so enjoyable; buying a house is stressful enough anyway. In short, recommended for purchasing a home in the Arnhem region.

Another broker was very transparent about the concerns we had regarding the sale of our house. Ultimately, they also sold the house for much more money than Zigt Makelaars had indicated. Despite the many positive reviews, be cautious with this broker, especially in more complex situations.

It's nice that you have somewhat adjusted your review (from * to **), however, I still believe you are shooting at the wrong broker. We inform our sellers on how to perform the delivery and inspection. In your case, this did not go well from your side and your broker may have informed you better about it. Again, we serve the interests of the buyer and must safeguard those interests, not yours. Our communication is indeed always clear and straightforward...we don't deliver blabla stories, that’s not the kind of office we are. Ultimately, everything turned out well and that is the most important thing. Don't Worry, be Happy. *** Dear Laleh, we do not recognize ourselves in your review at all and had to search thoroughly. After some investigation, we see that we purchased your property in Schuytgraaf in 2021 for a client, which you were selling through another broker. We don't quite understand where this negative review suddenly comes from two years later. At the time, we handled things very well for our client, which you may not agree with. Without going into details, we can state that our remarks regarding the property and the incorrect delivery of the house by you were certainly justified. The main thing is that our client is extremely satisfied with us, and that was our task in this case. You use aggressive language to embellish the negative aspects. We have never and will never be like that, not even towards you. We are clear and straightforward anyway, especially when it's necessary to safeguard the rights of our client, the buyer in this case. But never rude and always honest. Sometimes third parties find this difficult to deal with, but we don’t make things look prettier than they are. Of course, we strive for 100% satisfaction. It would have been nice if you had indicated that directly in 2021. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this now. We wish you all the best.
