Ik ben appartement aan het kopen dat door Assink wordt verkocht. Ze waren ruim twee maanden te laat met het energielabel opleveren terwijl ze die al moeten hebben bij het verkopen van het huis. Al die tijd hebben ze beloofd dat het energielabel er bijna aan kwam. Het opleveren van het energielabel gebeurde uiteindelijk op 4 januari 2026. Op 1 januari 2026 zijn er regels veranderd waardoor dit een hele negatieve impact heeft op het bedrag wat ik kan lenen. Door al dit gedoe kan ik nu duizenden euro's minder lenen. Geen heel groot probleem, maar ik kan nu minder klussen uitvoeren in het appartement. Beetje amateuristisch als je het mij vraagt.
