Geen ervaring, want is moeilijk opdoen als de site er al zeker een week uit ligt. En je dus geen info kan inkijken. Zeker, al twee keer een woning tegengekomen waarbij hun bord in de tuin staat, maar op de site kijken voor meer info zit er helaas niet in. Zo slecht, we leven in een digitale wereld!

Helaas hebben wij geen goede ervaring met Bell Makelaardij. Na een enthousiaste start, hebben wij na 2 jaar ons contract beëindigd. Wij hebben altijd zelf het contact moeten onderhouden. Zo hebben wij zelf contact opgenomen voor de acties die wij moesten doen en zelf de prijsverlagingen van onze woning moesten initiëren, dit gewoon omdat wij nooit iets hoorde. Het was een zure appel om na 2 jaar nauwelijks contact, wel gelijk de rekening te mogen ontvangen, zonder enige schaamte.
