We zijn zeer tevreden met hoe alles is verlopen, met de verkoop van ons huis. Professioneel en zeer behulpzaam. Kortom een zeer goede ervaring en zeker een aanrader voor als jullie je huis willen verkopen. Roos denk met je mee en is erg betrouwbaar. Dat is wat wij hebben ervaren! Ontzettend tevreden met de deskundigheid en advies bij de aankoop van mijn woning. Roos heeft mij fantastisch met alles geholpen. Houd je goed op de hoogte van alle ontwikkelingen. Roos neemt de tijd voor haar klant. Al bij het eerste gesprek krijg ik gewoon al een heel gevoel. Ze is enthousiaste, betrokken en kundige makelaar. Ik ben zeer tevreden.

Largest scammer, and then quickly continue under another name!!! However, all so-called positive 5 star reviews are actually only from accomplices, employees, and owner + wife owner up to 2! And that out of pure desperation from this scammer! And now Start Makelaars INEENS ZOGENAAMD is no longer supposedly established in Mill😂 people fall for that! Roos K is however just a dumb box as a DEKMANTEL of Mark G! And they are established in Huizen but still actually in Mill! See all contact details😂 Your counter reaction on Google.. Is therefore again a big lie. With your story of putting everyone involved in bad light, however you as involved parties are indeed also partly to blame and not only in this case but also as already known on tv. And believe me everything will come to light, and whoever laughs last, laughs hardest and that won't be you. Besides I don't put anyone in bad light, however I tell the truth and not lies like you again do here to regain your souls. Fortunately many people know better after the TV broadcast and the ongoing lawsuits happily. however I am not at all evicted from my house by a court order, as you yourself also very well know. However, you did sell the house with my ex in a dirty way and earned quite a bit, and thereby forged my signature multiple times “so identity fraud and falsification”. So realize that all this and also again this dumb lie from Mrs. Roos K “who supposedly is the owner but the person is not stupid. On your website there are also so many lies, people are all being scammed by you! And supposedly through the pitiful Roos K, but she brought your business forward exactly one hour after the TV broadcast and that with 10 years of work experience. “She was then 14 years old”
Dear Mr. Richel, I understand your frustration. You have been legally evicted from your home. Instead of putting all parties involved in a bad light, I advise you to use your energy to find work and new living space. I wish you all the best.

I am very satisfied with this collaboration in a huge exciting time and a superb result,
Rose with her so-called sweet smile. She lost the keys to our purchased home, which meant we had to replace the locks. Every time excuses that she would bring the keys but unfortunately. We informed her about this, but she won't pay the bill of €650.00. The sellers are still waiting for the brochure after a year and also regret ever going into business with her. Be careful of her; she doesn't keep any appointments.
