You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

A very professional real estate agent who thinks out-of-the-box, was very flexible with viewing appointments and after the purchase agreement was signed, it was easy to make follow-up appointments via them for measurements etc. I don't understand why they have such a bad review, because they are quite good at their job.

06 Feb 2020House sold through this agency. Chosen for a competitive price and a driven real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the local market. The agent dared to ask a sharp price, and retrospectively made a good assessment. Service was always very good, and there was much, clear and proactive communication. We were assisted (free of charge) in the purchase of another property among other things, and received additional advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Where necessary, the agent also dared to say hard things. Not someone who just tells you what you want to hear. I can imagine that this could sometimes lead to a negative review if you are not used to being contradicted. I consider it added value. Highly recommended!

Raising voices and wanting to 'put a customer in his place' instead of providing information and giving a neat explanation. Also, no one present is aware of the status of the homes. (Never called back)
