Was this turnkey, diamond, completely renovated? Label F became label C, but we have no roof or wall insulation, all lies. And when we went to the real estate agent with these issues and much more, he and the sellers, who lived here for 10 years, recognized nothing! So if you buy a house from them, be careful, in advertisements, on Funda and in the sales questionnaire, information may not be filled in, omitted or lied about, and then you will have just like us not a turnkey where you don’t have to do anything for 20 years but a dilapidated building where you can spend 50,000 euros on renovations (reports from structural engineers) while they let you bid against each other and you already paid top dollar. Sad this! Nvm real estate agents take an oath, now super sad if an oath means that you can treat buyers like this!
