Lang traject met de nodige uitdagingen maar de makelaar en zijn kantoor hebben het fantastisch begeleid en proffesioneel succesvol afgerond.
Fantastisch! Ontzettend fijn geholpen, gedegen marktkennis, korte lijntjes en goede service. Een makelaar die heel fijn in de omgang en betrouwbaar is en net even dat extra stapje verder voor je zet!

Riccardo was often not reachable, Nijouska had to pick up the balls that he dropped. Without Nijouska, the real estate agency would have completely collapsed. For example, he was supposed to arrange the energy label, but didn't do it. Riccardo didn't know how the wood stove systems on CV and the pellet stove systems on CV worked, both on radiators and underfloor heating systems. And what disturbed us most was that he operated with double standards. He was our real estate agent, but also simultaneously the buyer's agent. That's called conflict of interest!! He knew that we were under a deadline and that our 'margin' was passed on to the buyers. He was already with the buyers at the notary, we came in later and then he was already there, coolly. So no. No recommendation for Riccardo, but for Nijouska.
There was always fine and good contact. This is low-threshold. In addition, the real estate agent thinks along well with the seller and understands the seller's situation here.

We had a good real estate agent who made it easy for us to sell our house. Even though we had emigrated, this was generally not a problem for the sale of the property. We were always well informed and kept up-to-date on ongoing matters. Also, good advice was given on how we should price ourselves in the market and respond to customers.

It's going in the right direction compared to a year ago.
Wanted to buy a house. Initially no response at all, only much later were we able to make an appointment. During the tour, I noticed that Riccardo, the realtor, didn't really put in much effort to promote the sale. He found questions about the house difficult and also told untruths. Afterwards, more questions were asked via email and app about the house, but received no further response. And the owner of the house probably thinks why his house isn't being sold.
