Riccardo was vaak niet te bereiken , Nijouska heeft vaak de ballen moeten oprapen die hij liet vallen ..zonder Nijouska was de makelaardij volledig ingestort. bijv. Energielabel zou hij regelen ,niet gedaan , Riccardo wist niet hoe de systemen van de houtkachel op cv en de pelletkachel op cv functioneerde. Zowel op de radiatoren en vloerverwarmingssysteem. En ons stoorde het meest dat hij met dubbele pet functioneerde . Hij was onze makelaar , maar tevens ook de aankoopmakelaar van de kopers. Dat heet belangenverstrengeling!! Hij wist dat we met een deadline zaten en onze "marge" doorgegeven aan de kopers. Hij was met de kopers reeds bij de notaris, wij kwamen later binnen en dan zit hij doodleuk bij hun. Dus nee. Geen aanbeveling voor Riccardo wel voor Nijouska
