Last week I made an appointment for a viewing for a house. And then you get called the evening before that the house has been sold. I think it's a bad thing for a real estate agent to make appointments and still not give everyone a chance to submit a bid for a house.

In December 2020, we were able to buy a house in Ulft because I came into contact with Roger from Vivendo through a friend. Luckily, because of incompetence and negligence of a bungler at another financial advisory firm, they almost made us lose this house! Besides the fact that he is an incredibly nice guy with whom we immediately had a good connection, he knows how to achieve his goals by taking just one extra step. He knows the market like no other and approaches the right people to achieve the maximum desired result. On every question I asked (and there were quite a few), I received a response that same day. Ik raad hen dan ook zeker aan als betrouwbare partij bij aan of verkoop van je huis.

Makelaar is no- nonsens man en zegt wat die doet . Heeft hem snel en keurig verkocht en alles was in orde . Toen ik bij een taxatie op vakantie was , wilde de makelaar wel de deur openen en bij de taxatie blijven . Aanvankelijk vond ik de prijs naar wat ze moeten doen , zeker nu het in één bezichtiging verkocht is , maar ze zijn het geld waard . Ontzorgen , persoonlijk contact en goede communicatie is belangrijk voor deze makelaardij.

Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat we erg tevreden zijn. Marktconforme prijs en goede begeleiding. Kregen dagelijks een update over de hoeveelheid kijkers die zich hadden aangemeld. Mensen zijn makkelijk en prettig in de omgang.

Zeer prettig contact, nemen de tijd, houden je goed op de hoogte. Begeleiden je goed en geven realistisch advies.

We have contacted Maison for a free valuation. Andre was at our home, this all went very nicely but the handling is not exactly neat. Things are promised but not done and there is no callback while that was promised. This does not necessarily lie with Andre but our experience with Maison real estate agent was not a good experience.

The process did not go exactly as we had hoped in advance for us, we understand that this can sometimes happen.
