Since we are going to renovate our house, we needed an appraisal report. Within a week, Leander was already at our door for the appraisal. The contact was very pleasant and we even received some nice tips that we can really use. A day later, we already had the appraisal report in hand. Where you have to wait weeks with others, it is incredibly fast with Heutinck. However, there was something in the report about possible soil contamination which was incorrect.
