This real estate agent is a disgrace to the profession of real estate agent! The questionnaire that belongs with a sale should be checked by a real estate agent. Unfortunately this real estate agent provides questionnaires full of assumptions, inaccuracies and without checking facts! From an NVM real estate agent you would expect a certain quality. Unfortunately not with this real estate agent. Zero control on facts! If you point this out to the real estate agent he does not take it home! A real estate agent who abuses the hectic housing market! First and last house that we buy through this real estate agent!

21 Nov 2025At Droomhuis Makelaardij we bought a house and in the meantime also sold two (in 5 years time in Arnhem). Nick van Loon is pleasant to deal with, personal, honest and can switch quickly. The way in which we bought our house, from viewing, contact and signing was so pleasant that we asked Nick to put the two houses that followed in the sale, and successfully! Even when we were on vacation in France and Nick himself was also on vacation contact was maintained to finalize the last matters for the sale. When we came back, the sales board was already in the garden and the first viewings were scheduled. In short, highly recommended. Who knows for a next sale. But for now we are still well;)

Afterwards, it turns out that there is no underfloor heating and we have to incur extra costs for installing a radiator. The realtor is not willing to cooperate or accommodate us. Also, the list of items was not fulfilled, which means we had to buy extra things that were supposed to remain in the property. No professional conduct. Be careful of this realtor's promises!

Na een even spannende tijd was ons huis toch binnen een maand verkocht. Maar ook Leny, Loïs en Marenthe wil ik bij deze zeker genoemd hebben. 07 Feb 2021Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

07 Feb 2020Between 2010 and 2013 many brokers from the selling party were seen in a hunt for a beautiful house. In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

07 Feb 2020After a very nice and pleasant first contact, a second appointment was made where a plan would be drawn up. This appointment was cancelled due to illness (which is understandable). Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

23 Jan 2026I would like to share my huge disappointment regarding the way in which the property I purchased through real estate agent Thomas Kortekaas (Zigt) has turned out. The information provided in the Funda description was completely inaccurate and misleading. Important facilities that were specifically mentioned in the advertisement are missing, and furthermore there are defects in the property that were not disclosed. This has led to a situation where I am now the victim of careless and inaccurate communication. In addition, Thomas Kortekaas withheld important details about the VvE (Homeowners Association), which was essential for me to make a well-considered decision about the purchase. Withholding such crucial information and providing incomplete or inaccurate data is absolutely unacceptable. It is clear that there is a lack of professionalism and transparency in the way this sale was conducted. I would absolutely not recommend purchasing or selling a property through this real estate agent, as I am now dealing with the consequences of this misleading and careless approach. The real estate agent stated that a counterpayment was considered unnecessary and nonsense.

Allereerst hebben wij geen woning van jou verkocht, maar een woning aan jou verkocht namens onze opdrachtgever. Hierbij ben jij bij de aankoop bijgestaan door jouw aankoopmakelaar van Van Sonsbeeck Makelaars. Alle informatie betreffende de woning en de VvE is gedeeld met jouw aankoopmakelaar, waarvan wij er vanuit gaan dat deze alles met jou bespreekt en afweegt. In de verkooptekst stond wel een fout in de omschrijving betreffende het type kookplaat. Tijdens de bezichtiging met jouw aankoopmakelaar was duidelijk te zien, welke kookplaat daadwerkelijk aanwezig is. Ook in de lijst van zaken is dit correct benoemd. Jouw review vinden we niet in verhouding staan tot de typefout . Wij denken dat je kritiek mogelijk wel klopt, maar dat je hiermee bij het verkeerde bedrijf je beklag doet. Before I came to Zigt Makelaars & Hypotheekadvies, I had spoken with representatives from two Dutch banks. Both told me that obtaining a mortgage was not possible because I had not worked in the Netherlands for three years and did not have a fixed contract or hourly contract (only a call-up contract). However, Luuk guided me through the process and made sure that we were able to get a mortgage. Zigt Makelaars & Hypotheekadvies has provided excellent service. Carola is always cheerful and encourages you to ask questions.
