We have learned a lot from her and benefited greatly from her knowledge. In addition, the viewings together were also very pleasant every time, which is not unimportant. 23 Jun 2021Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

23 Jun 2020After a very nice and pleasant first contact, a second appointment was made where a plan would be drawn up. This appointment was cancelled due to illness (which is understandable). Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

For both components, I received excellent assistance and was provided with the correct information, so that the process could be handled easily and quickly and I as a customer could proceed through this process without worries. In particular, the guidance for the mortgage was very good. After the required documentation had been submitted, the entire process proceeded smoothly and simply. There was consideration of other options, so that I as a customer could benefit most. There were also moments when extra work was needed or other adjustments had to be made to get everything finalized. Here too, there was quick response and processing, allowing the complete application to be completed quickly and in one go with the lender. A pleasant organization with people who are happy to help and support you. Also, there is a nice atmosphere on location, making it enjoyable to visit.

We inform our sellers on how to perform the delivery and inspection. In your case, this did not go well from your side and your broker may have informed you better about it. Again, we serve the interests of the buyer and must safeguard those interests, not yours. Our communication is indeed always clear and straightforward...we don't deliver blabla stories, that’s not the kind of office we are. Ultimately, everything turned out well and that is the most important thing. Don't Worry, be Happy. *** Dear Laleh, we do not recognize ourselves in your review at all and had to search thoroughly. After some investigation, we see that we purchased your property in Schuytgraaf in 2021 for a client, which you were selling through another broker. We don't quite understand where this negative review suddenly comes from two years later. At the time, we handled things very well for our client, which you may not agree with. Without going into details, we can state that our remarks regarding the property and the incorrect delivery of the house by you were certainly justified. The main thing is that our client is extremely satisfied with us, and that was our task in this case. You use aggressive language to embellish the negative aspects. We have never and will never be like that, not even towards you. We are clear and straightforward anyway, especially when it's necessary to safeguard the rights of our client, the buyer in this case. But never rude and always honest. Sometimes third parties find this difficult to deal with, but we don’t make things look prettier than they are. Of course, we strive for 100% satisfaction. It would have been nice if you had indicated that directly in 2021. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this now. We wish you all the best. Date unknownThe first acquaintance 2019 Appointment for viewing. Waited over 30 minutes. While we were called there. We didn't have an appointment scheduled. Strange because we did receive confirmation emails. The second acquaintance 2022 Viewing request via Funda. Due to circumstances, we don’t want telephone contact. Yet, we are still called. We indicated wanting email contact. Afterwards, a lot of emails were received with reminders from move.NL while we hadn't even been there yet. Also, the email communication with them didn’t go smoothly. The third acquaintance. 2022 Wanting to make an appointment again. Same song and dance. First by phone, which is what we didn’t want. Then all sorts of reminders from move.NL that we DO NOT want or ask for. After the second contact, they clearly didn't grasp the message. We informed them that we would wait with the decision. As a reaction, they said the house was sold. Fine. Still, afterwards another reminder came to react via Move.NL Why were our details entered anyway without permission? Unfortunately, we ourselves were about 8 minutes late for the last appointment. We were very annoyed by this because now they can point the finger at us that we are doing something wrong. Houses for sale at Reinders…. We certainly have extra doubts about a potential purchase. Strength to real estate agent Reinders. After I posted this review, Mr J Reinders tried to call us. Since we are simply working, we didn't answer the phone. Immediately afterwards, I saw an email arrive. Short and sweet. The gentleman wanted to talk. That can......an email was sent back that evening when I am reachable at work. Exactly at that time we met each other. We both told our story. I tried to make clear that the amount of info is enormous even for a simple appointment, and that we don't feel comfortable. The barrier isn’t gone with us, but Mr. J Reinders did ask us to respond to an interesting offer. Mr. J Reinders would then personally ensure a good approach. That certainly adorns the entrepreneur.

We were picky and Jeroen realistic, which meant we only made 2 bids in a year, but the second time was lucky and it was the nicest house in Apeldoorn 👌 The sale went just as smoothly, well guided and sold for a great price 💪 *Original* Been working on finding our dream home in this overheated housing market for a while now. Not successful yet, but Jeroen always manages to guide us perfectly. Hopefully soon a success 👌
