She assessed the house and on September 3rd, the house was listed for sale on Funda with perfect text and beautiful photos. There were many viewings and offers. 08 Oct 2021Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

We inform our sellers on how to perform the delivery and inspection. In your case, this did not go well from your side and your broker may have informed you better about it. Again, we serve the interests of the buyer and must safeguard those interests, not yours. Our communication is indeed always clear and straightforward...we don't deliver blabla stories, that’s not the kind of office we are. Ultimately, everything turned out well and that is the most important thing. Don't Worry, be Happy. *** Dear Laleh, we do not recognize ourselves in your review at all and had to search thoroughly. After some investigation, we see that we purchased your property in Schuytgraaf in 2021 for a client, which you were selling through another broker. We don't quite understand where this negative review suddenly comes from two years later. At the time, we handled things very well for our client, which you may not agree with. Without going into details, we can state that our remarks regarding the property and the incorrect delivery of the house by you were certainly justified. The main thing is that our client is extremely satisfied with us, and that was our task in this case. You use aggressive language to embellish the negative aspects. We have never and will never be like that, not even towards you. We are clear and straightforward anyway, especially when it's necessary to safeguard the rights of our client, the buyer in this case. But never rude and always honest. Sometimes third parties find this difficult to deal with, but we don’t make things look prettier than they are. Of course, we strive for 100% satisfaction. It would have been nice if you had indicated that directly in 2021. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this now. We wish you all the best. With angelic patience they guided me and repeatedly gave me encouragement when a bid was rejected. 01 Nov 2025We kijken met een goed gevoel terug op de samenwerking met dit hardwerkende makelaarsteam. Wat we erg prettig vonden, was de app waarin we elke update rondom de verkoop konden volgen, heel handig en overzichtelijk. De begeleiding was over het algemeen erg goed: we voelden ons gehoord en serieus genomen, en er was altijd ruimte voor vragen of overleg. Er kon snel geschakeld worden en de communicatie was eerlijk en open, met een nuchtere “doe maar gewoon”-mentaliteit die wij erg konden waarderen. Geen mooie praatjes, maar duidelijke taal en transparantie, precies wat je wilt bij zo'n belangrijk proces. Af en toe wat onduidelijkheden, vooral als er veel tegelijk speelde, maar uiteindelijk werd alles steeds goed opgepakt. Wat echt opviel, is hun inzet voor een open en transparante verkoop richting beide partijen. Koper én verkoper weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Al met al zijn we tevreden over de samenwerking en zouden we dit kantoor zeker aanraden aan anderen die op zoek zijn naar een no-nonsense, betrokken makelaar.

From scheduling viewings and maintaining contact with the selling party, to accompanying you to the property, providing advice on the bid, and the legal review of all documents up to and including completion at the notary's office. Paul and Michael helped me fantastically with that. From the first contact, it felt right: clear, professional and yet personal. They were literally available day and night for me and kept me constantly informed.
