A disappointing experience. During the second viewing, we didn't speak to the real estate agent: he was on the phone in his car. Given our genuine interest, we started a process with the municipality due to the zoning plan procedure. The information from this real estate agent turned out to be incorrect. Ultimately, we still made an offer. No correct feedback whatsoever. Not even after repeated requests for contact. The communication is extremely poor. Only focused on the selling party, not on the potential buyer. Clearly, it's about the commissions, not the people. A shame!
