I'm giving you a tip: don't go into business with Jansen Makelaars. They make silly mistakes, so you have to check everything yourself down to the letter. My mortgage offer was incorrect while I clearly stated how I wanted it, then the invoice they sent was also incorrect. You assume everything is fine because you’ve paid enough advisory fees. A truly terrible experience - to be avoided. Engaging Kolmeijer Real Estate for the sale of my apartment in Nijmegen was a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience. From the beginning there were fundamental errors, including an attempt to hide a higher commission in the contract. The presentation of the property was a disgrace. The photos were rushed and of extremely low quality, a fact confirmed by other real estate agents with whom I later spoke. The agent (Daniel) who conducted the viewings was completely unprepared. He arrived only five minutes before the first viewing without a 'for sale' sign and even lacked the most basic knowledge about the apartment. Communication was a constant battle. Even after offers had come in, they seemed to have no idea how to proceed. I had to ask them three times within a week to collect the necessary information from the buyer. Ultimately, they even lost the keys and did not hand them over to the buyer during the final inspection. During the process, I reported these problems multiple times to the owner, Rolf, but his dismissive reaction only confirmed the lack of professionalism at the office. The incompetence of Kolmeijer caused enormous stress during an already difficult process. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid using their services.
