How happy are we that we have ended the collaboration with Mascha Zonder of BijZonder Makelaars. (See our previous reviews.) The house is now sold at a market-compliant price with a better result of € 40,000 than if we had followed Mascha's advice. We advise no one to make use of Mascha's services. She is not trained as a real estate agent, unreliable and incompetent!

Mascha Zonder is a professional realtor with extensive experience and good knowledge of the local market. She is punctual and listens carefully to the wishes of her clients. Onze verdere ervaring met Mascha Zonder van BijZonder makelaars is helaas opnieuw erg teleurstellend verlopen. Ruim twee maanden voordat we onze vorige recensie op Google plaatsten, hebben we haar een uitgebreide mail gestuurd met onze klachten en negatieve ervaringen. Op deze mail (net als op vele andere mails) heeft ze nooit gereageerd. Pas nadat we onze recensie op Google hadden geplaatst, werden we - op een zondag - gebeld door iemand die zich voorstelde als Mischa Knops, partner van Mascha Zonder. Hij zette ons op een onaangename manier onder druk om onze recensie van Google te verwijderen. Mascha Zonder had kennelijk haar partner ingeschakeld omdat ze niet in staat was haar eigen boontjes te doppen. Later viel ons op dat Mischa Knops hier een recensie met 5 sterren heeft achtergelaten! Mascha Zonder heeft ook een positieve reactie op de website van haar partner ‘kds document solutions’ geplaatst. Helemaal conform de lijfspreuk van Mascha: “eerlijk en oprecht!” Op onze recensie reageerde Mascha Zonder hier door te stellen dat ze het ongepast vindt dat wij onze ervaringen via Google delen, terwijl ze onze mail met dezelfde inhoud nooit beantwoord heeft! Op 11 september jl. ontvingen we een brief van haar advocaat, de heer M. Blok van Van Veen Advocaten uit Ede. Hij sommeerde ons o.a. nooit meer recensies achter te laten voor BijZonder Makelaars en dreigde met juridische stappen. Sinds we op (10 oktober) onze met e-mails onderbouwde negatieve ervaringen met BijZonder makelaars met hem deelden hebben we niets meer van hem vernomen. Sinds onze vorige negatieve recensie zijn hier wel tien zeer positieve recensies achtergelaten voor BijZonder Makelaars. Vele malen meer dan de paar huizen die ze verkocht heeft. Dat wekt de indruk dat Mascha Zonder, net als haar eigen partner, vrienden en kennissen mobiliseert om lovende recensies te schrijven. Sommigen zijn bevriend met haar op Facebook. In onze ervaring is Mascha Zonder ondeskundig en onbetrouwbaar. Ze heeft ons misleid en ons vertrouwen ernstig beschaamd in een mislukt verkooptraject. We waarschuwen ook voor VastgoedPro. We hebben verschillende keren aangegeven dat Mascha Zonder zich niet aan hun Erecode houdt. VastgoedPro zegt zich niet met individuele gevallen te bemoeien, terwijl Mascha Zonder nog steeds hun logo voert. VastgoedPro is dus niet meer dan een wassen neus. In haar onprofessionele communicatie wekt Mascha Zonder de indruk geen enkele makelaarsopleiding te hebben gevolgd. Zo stelt ze bijvoorbeeld in een e-mail dat ze voldoet aan wettelijk vastgestelde gedragsregels voor makelaars, terwijl dergelijke regels helemaal niet bestaan. BijZonder makelaars is niet in staat gebleken de verkoop van ons ouderlijk huis aan de Tijhofslaan op een zakelijke manier te begeleiden. Ondanks de ruime belangstelling voor de woning heeft ze bij herhaling geprobeerd ons een flink oor aan te naaien. In plaats van fatsoenlijk te communiceren deinst ze er niet voor terug om onjuiste informatie te verspreiden en ons onder druk te zetten. Nog steeds hebben wij onze huissleutel en bouwtekeningen niet terug, zodat wij de factuur van de opstartkosten niet kunnen voldoen. Haar advocaat dreigt nu ook met buitengerechtelijke incassokosten en rente. Omdat we niets meer van haar of haar advocaat vernemen overwegen we nu een klacht bij de Tuchtcommissie Vastgoedprofessionals in te dienen om anderen te beschermen tegen dit soort wantoestanden. Wil je je huis snel verkopen tegen een prijs onder de marktwaarde, geef BijZonder makelaars dan opdracht de verkoop te begeleiden! Wij adviseren om niet met Mascha in zee te gaan, maar een deskundige en betrouwbare makelaar met een makelaarsopleiding te zoeken.

Recently, I bought my apartment with the help of Mascha Zonder, and I can only praise her service. From the first conversation, I felt heard and understood. Mascha is extremely competent and decisive. She guided me through the entire purchasing process with clear explanations and expert advice. Her quick responses to questions and comments made it very manageable for me. What I especially appreciated was her personal involvement. Mascha truly advocates for her clients, and you notice that in everything she does. I really felt supported in this important step. When selling the house of the family, I indicated that I do not want motivations. To my surprise, every bid was supplemented with an extensive motivation. Later I found out that Masha - contrary to our wish - asked potential buyers to provide their bid with a motivation. I am very disappointed that Masha pushed through her own way of working and ignored our wish. She does not act in the interest of the client. Not every bidder wants to provide a bid with a motivation, which probably resulted in fewer bids being made. Moreover, I find it undesirable to be confronted with personal stories from strangers. Masha also communicates hardly about the bidding procedure and offers no options. I do not recommend her to anyone.

Mascha helped us tremendously. With her necessary tips, we managed to buy a beautiful home.

After posting our review, we were approached by Mascha's partner: Mischa Knops. He “knows where I live” and threatens to leave negative reviews at my work. We now have to first remove the review before we get the key and blueprints back. Subsequently, Mascha blocks me on Facebook. Think carefully before entering into a business relationship with Mascha!
