Unprofessional Broker called on FRIDAY regarding a viewing / purchase of a property and you get the answer that the broker is not available and will only be back on Monday. They do send an email with a brochure and with the question if they can still do something for you. After I replied to that saying I wanted to view it on Monday at 10:00 AM, I received no response, even after I sent another email on Saturday asking if the viewing appointment could go ahead. So, emailed again early Monday morning, still no response, then I called myself and the broker casually stated that the property had already been sold. You are better off not doing business with brokers like this.

In 2020 I bought my first home through this real estate agent. It was known in advance that there was a leak in the attic. According to the real estate agent, it would be condensation and not a leak. It would involve a ‘small pipe’. In addition, I feel that I was spoken to very brazenly and unprofessionally by that seller. Unfortunately, it got so bad that at one point I had water on the ground floor! Video footage available. I am more than €5000 Euro further and have not received any compensation to date. I deeply regret buying that house here. My advice is to have a purchase inspection done before you buy a home with this real estate agent. Because it was my first home and I had no experience, I could not have thought of that beforehand. Make use of it!
