House sold in 2 working days!! Marc is the best realtor we've had so far. He understands the business, knows which target group he needs for a quick sale and is always available (even on weekends). He also kept us informed about everything and consulted with us well. He is a man who really knows what he's doing. You can blindly trust Marc in his expertise. As a tenant, you experience poor response times. Knowledge of your own contract is not fully present. Not a good start when they took over homes from ACM (now NMG). Currently waiting for 4 months already regarding the conditions concerning glass insurance. Defective shed door has been left to be repaired since the beginning of the rental period due to the defect of the previous tenant. Receiving an invoice on April 29th (repair in January) asking us to pay € 80.00. And then hiding behind the previous property manager...telling us that we have to contact them. Stonevest = a gang of thieves who neatly hold out their hand for rent each month, but don't want to provide service.
