Our deal was done, the property was verbally promised to us and we were congratulated! However, on Monday afternoon we received a message that another bid had been placed under different conditions. Instead of HvE saying that the property had been sold, this broker gave the other bidder space and now sold the property to them. We do not recommend this broker!!
