We found Anne Marie to be a knowledgeable, accessible, accommodating and friendly real estate agent. Not aggressive in her sales approach but alert and advising at the right moments. Today another phone call… I unfortunately have to disappoint you and report that a new bid has been made. Because nothing has been signed legally yet, this could easily pass you by? But aren't there certain rules for bidding? With disbelief he now has to continue searching again. This is downright scandalous!

Buying your first home should be a celebration in itself. Beforehand, everything went smoothly too; they were easily accessible and informed. But then came the processing. That's where things completely went wrong, as far as we are concerned. 3 months after buying our house, we are left with a very bad aftertaste. In just 1 week, everything turned upside down: you think before signing: we are ready, everything is arranged! We were told that too. But then came Friday afternoon, end of the day mind you, a frantic scramble. Things weren't settled, we had to hastily arrange an insurance policy whose existence we didn’t know and the key transfer suddenly fell apart. It happening is one thing, but having to chase the people ourselves is, in my opinion, poor service. That’s what you pay a lot of money for. The signing on Monday didn't go ahead, hopefully Wednesday. Also Wednesday was cancelled. Eventually we signed on Friday. The uncertainty we were in turned the purchase of our first home into a nightmare. And the worst part is: De Keizer and Geldexpert kept pointing fingers at each other and at the housing corporation where we bought the house, but we, as buyers, were the victims. And then that week of tension is over, you might expect a phone call, a flower, who knows what. Absolutely nothing. That gives the feeling of: great, pockets are filled, file closed, on to the next one. We won’t arrange our next house through De Keizer.
