Erica van Dalsum en haar team heeft in deze hysterische woningmarkt mij als verkoper optimaal begeleid. Mijn situatie was bijzonder en mijn traject werd gezien als maatwerk. Hele fijne makelaar. Veel kennis van de lokale markt (Houten), weet goed de waarde van de woning in te schatten. Fijn contact in het voortraject, tijdens de bezichtigingen maar ook na het afronden van de verkoop. Naast het directe contact met de makelaar is ook het hele kantoor oprecht betrokken.
