Rose with her so-called sweet smile. She lost the keys to our purchased home, which meant we had to replace the locks. Every time excuses that she would bring the keys but unfortunately. We informed her about this, but she won't pay the bill of €650.00. The sellers are still waiting for the brochure after a year and also regret ever going into business with her. Be careful of her; she doesn't keep any appointments.
