Communication mostly takes place via WhatsApp, which we experienced as very pleasant. After a viewing, we quickly received feedback on how it went, and during the negotiation, we were kept well informed. The administrative handling also proceeded quickly and smoothly. If you want a realtor who doesn't deliver on what they promise, then definitely recommend. On Easter Monday, a house is put online on Funda after which I immediately call because I am interested. I get through to the realtor who answers me in an irritated manner and wonders why I called. Subsequently, he calls me back the next day. Mr. was supposed to email or call me back about an appointment. This wasn't done. Then, two days later, I am called to schedule an appointment anyway. The realtor again indicates that he will call or email me. Again, this wasn't done. Subsequently, I see without notification that the house is under offer. Seems logical to me, but be transparent about that as a realtor. All false promises. Definitely no customer friendliness. I would not recommend this realtor.

Had a super unfriendly tour. We asked some questions about the house, but he didn't want to answer them, because it was all in the brochure anyway and apparently we had to pore over it from A to Z beforehand. The real estate agent himself hadn’t done this either, because he didn’t know the answer to a single question. He also didn't have any documentation with him to look it up. There was a lot of interest in the house and you could clearly tell that the fish was already caught.
