The real estate agent was the selling agent for an apartment that I recently purchased. And I can safely say that they are absolutely not professional. A few things they did: 1. They didn't deliver the apartment as stated in the contract and said (I didn't mark it) 2. They accused us of breaking a faucet during the inspection. 3. Every time we argued about something, they didn't talk to me but to the owner. I would not recommend them to represent you.

I got in touch and quickly received a phone call with an explanation and to schedule an appointment. This could already be done within a week. The appraisal in the house was skilled and very friendly. Contact went smoothly. After the appraisal, there was a conclusion within 3-4 days and after payment, the report became available. We recommend it!

Don't have an appraisal done by Emanuels Makelaardij! Sweet talk with an appointment within 24 hours and an appraisal report within a few days. After the viewing of my house, the appraiser cheerfully went skiing without mentioning it. Called for days in a row but they don't come up with a solution. Ultimately had to wait 3 weeks for an appraisal. That's how people get into trouble with their mortgage application! No apology or compensation afterwards either. Do yourself a favor and request an appraisal elsewhere.

Unfortunately very slow service. Do not request an appraisal report from this company. We are buying a house and we are now having problems getting a mortgage on time… simply because a report, which we paid for, still hasn't been sent to us after 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable. You are better off going to Desktop Taxatie and then you will have it in 4 hours for a quarter of the cost.

My friend was talking about how bad the service of this agency is. Slow, doesn't respond, not even after he knew how urgently the report had to be delivered to him. I am now also looking for an agency, because I am going to buy an apartment, and I certainly won’t consider this agency.

I wish I had read the reviews first before having Emanuel's Makelaardij prepare a valuation report. It took more than 14 days to generate a report that other brokers and online services could have generated in hours. And even after they filed the claim, the report was ready and we paid. The report still hasn't arrived, not within a few hours of payment. They also don't respond to your email asking for an update regarding 'Can you send me the report now that I have paid?'. They seem friendly on the phone, hence the 2 stars, but the delivery is terrible. It’s the type of real estate agency that gets you to pay and then doesn’t respond after payment.

Never again will I have an appraisal done by Robin. He's been working on it for half a year now and doesn't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. When I call him, he's annoyed and shifts all responsibility. Now he has to come back again because the photos in the report wouldn't be up to date otherwise. Do you think it’s strange if it takes more than 6 months to do an appraisal? What a terrible movie this is. He's a friendly guy, but his talk is 1000 times faster than his work. Not recommended unfortunately.....
