Gebrek aan professionele communicatie en onterechte incassoprocedure. Deze VvE-beheerder reageert niet op dringende e-mails van eigenaren; in mijn situatie was er sprake van twee maanden totale radiostilte. Wel wordt er tijdens een lopende discussie over een schadegeval direct een incassobureau ingeschakeld. Nadat het openstaande bedrag is voldaan om verdere escalatie te voorkomen en er een formele brief met bewijzen naar het bestuur is gestuurd, wordt er vanuit de beheerder geen enkele reactie meer gegeven. Geen aanrader voor professioneel VvE-beheer.
