We hebben een fijn contact gehad. Aersens en Partners stellen zich professioneel op, zijn behulpzaam, communiceren netjes en bekwaam, nemen de tijd en zijn duidelijk/eerlijk over de mogelijkheden.

Een woon/ winkelpand verkopen was een hele uitdaging in Vlissingen. Bij de allereerste kennismaking was de makelaar duidelijk over de verwachtingen en de verkoopprijs. Wat ons tijdens dit gesprek positief opviel was de kennis en kunde over de stad en omgeving, maar ook over het pand zelf. Ook de binnendienst hebben wij als prettig ervaren en de soms lastige vragen die we hadden, werden kundig beantwoord. We are not satisfied with this real estate agent for the sale of my mother's house. To start with, an unrealistic sales proposal was made. The contact arose through the purchase of our apartment, thus the ball started rolling and we commissioned them to sell our house as well. That went very smoothly and pleasantly. The real estate agents are clear, enthusiastic and accurate. A lot of time was invested in the viewings, very personal and with good communication. So full satisfaction with the realtor.

Unacceptable communication regarding rental application Very disappointing experience with our rental application for Nijverheidsweg 13 and 15. All documents were complete and delivered on time. As a precaution, I emailed and called several times to make sure nothing was missing. I was promised that contact would be made if anything was missing, which never happened. None of my emails received a response and ultimately we received a rejection out of the blue, without any explanation. Completely unprofessional, improper and totally not customer-focused. That's not how you treat people.

Hij reageerde niet eens op ons bod op het huis. We kwamen er pas bij toeval achter dat het huis aan een andere bieder was verkocht.

I bought a house from this company where the following problems came to light: * The Funda advertisement stated that the house was 53m2, which is not true; the house turned out (when I sold it) to be 50m2 * The air conditioning unit installed in the bedroom was not properly connected to the exhaust, requiring me to have it repaired shortly after purchase * The basement was completely sealed, causing moisture during the winter; I had to have a window installed for this And other minor problems that took up a lot of time and money. I will definitely NEVER do business with this company again.

It's a shame you can't give 0 stars! Very bad landlord! 0.0 interest in the rented property, except for the monthly rent to be received. A lot of deferred maintenance, which is done nothing about, even after multiple emails and contact. They do come to perform maintenance without any form of communication; doorbell rings at 8 am when you are about to leave for work, or whether you can open the door because painting needs to be done. Very unskilled handymen, don't speak Dutch, work very and very slowly. These gentlemen are probably employed because they are cheaper. And in case of a power outage, where the whole house is out of order, which was later determined to be due to the incorrect wiring of the fuse box, you have to solve it yourself. De Pachter Vastgoed completely misses the mark!

Wij logeerden in the Tower. Hele ruime kamer waar je je heerlijk thuis voelt. Alles aanwezig.

Het is een feestje om hier te verblijven. Werkelijk aan alles is gedacht. Bedden zijn ruim en erg goed. Fantastische douche en goed geoutilleerde keuken. Lokatie midden in de stad.

Top locatie geweldig.Alles klopt

Hele speciale plek, we hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad en hele vriendelijke host, super fijne plek, midden in 't centrum van Middelburg. Zeker een aanrader.

Wij hebben op deze mooie lokatie mogen verblijven na onze trouwdag, wij waren verrast door de veelzijdigheid en luxe. Echt een grote aanrader!
