If you're looking for an unprofessional realtor who thinks they can always call you via WhatsApp and tells you to shut up, choose this.

A thumbs up would be nice. Very bad at digital communication. Calling is the option they offer so that a lot can be said to deny it afterwards, which we will not go along with after the messages I received and read in reviews about this broker. Email is the solution... then it's black on white from both sides what the agreements are. SOLVED?? Let me know!!!

Phone calls and emails are not being answered. Project 'het Baken' in Kraggenburg is still being promoted by this office. However, the land is already in private hands (source; municipality of Emmeloord). The real estate agent remains vague with promises, shifts blame elsewhere, and keeps people on hold.

Doesn't keep appointments. Very poor communicator. Extremely uninterested when there is contact. Absolutely not recommended.

Presents himself as a qualified real estate agent but has not properly supervised either the purchase or the sale. I certainly won't recommend him. In relation to other agents, he doesn't provide service but charges top dollar.

Quickly sold our house

A lot of nonsense about the house's price development, didn't come across as interested. A few days after the second viewing an offer was made, neatly called the real estate agent and got the message that it was being processed. Called back a little later and the house turned out to have been sold suddenly; they should have told me that right away when I called, also they knew we were interested and our details were known. We expect sales tricks but this is really quite low, not really fair and unreliable with underhanded tactics. During the first viewing, the real estate agent didn't really seem to want to sell the house; the second time it was a little better but that was probably because he saw potential money. All in all, I can’t recommend them.
