03 Feb 2025we needed 2 appraisals for the current address for bridging and for the new property. so we had 2 appraisers and can therefore compare well. and then huizelinq was unfortunately the weakest link. it was slow and not kept properly informed. this appraisal was needed to apply for a mortgage and it took and took forever for the report to come. when you then try to contact them, you get a lady on the line who says 'it will all work out in the end, don't worry' but despite that you just have stress about whether everything will work out on time. because the appraisal took so long, we only got everything sorted on the very last day and that's not nice.

Contact was always possible, they are very driven and proactively reach out to inquire whether everything is okay, if they can still be of service to you and if you are still satisfied. That drive sometimes makes it feel like 'a lot', but certainly well-intentioned.

A second viewing was also always possible, which we saw as a great added value. It gave us the chance to make a well-considered offer. At the beginning of this year, we were able to purchase a beautiful detached house through Jasper, which we are incredibly happy with. Jasper also took care of the sale of our own home. Every interested party had the opportunity to view the property and submit an offer, as Jasper does not work with viewing stops. We found that a great advantage. The communication throughout the entire process was very pleasant. Jasper is friendly, responds quickly and coordinates everything well with you. In short, we are very satisfied with the collaboration and can wholeheartedly recommend Jasper as a real estate agent!
