Where during viewings we often received explanations in five minutes and were then allowed to look around for another fifteen minutes, it feels truly personal with this agent. Had three transactions with Ronald, 2 sales, 1 purchase. First sale, super and fast. Gave us a lot of confidence. Second sale was not optimal, poor start, little information provided, careless. Our purchase went downright badly, mediocre viewing, questionnaire not filled in truthfully, many (dubious) points. Ronald comes across as friendly and skilled, but his work often leaves much to be desired, and he tries to brush off problems with very simple tests. I therefore cannot judge otherwise, Ronald is a real estate agent with a huge (?)

An unpleasant viewing of a property behind me with Mr. Veenstra. I have the impression that he is giving show viewers a tour for form's sake for this property because the seller of the property himself wants to decide this. The broker himself already has a buyer to whom he would prefer to sell the property, and in my opinion, he shows it well. First, Mr. Veenstra himself is late for the property with a story that he was detained. This can happen, but I think I deserve an apology for having been left waiting in front of a closed door. After this, he immediately gives me the feeling that I came for nothing because Mr. Veenstra starts his story about the property by stating that he already has a buyer for the property but that the owner also wants a sales process via Funda. This would not have been necessary for the broker himself. In addition to the fact that new viewers are let in after only fifteen minutes without explanation or apology towards me, it sketches my astonishment. In the email from the real estate agency, it states that half an hour is planned for my viewing appointment. That I must do this together with other interested parties and wait my turn to be able to ask a few questions of the broker, I find does not meet what they offer me beforehand. All in all, it made me stand outside again with an unpleasant aftertaste after the end of this viewing. For the first time I have viewed a property where I did not feel welcome as someone interested in buying.

This could have been arranged with a standard document containing a short description with some milestones. The contact was good. 1.Would have liked to have a manual when using Move .Perhaps a tip to offer that to somewhat older people. It initially seems quite complicated with all the data that needs to be filled in. 2.Please discuss if the house you sold is located in an area with a lot of bus traffic, without you knowing that as a seller. I didn't find it pleasant to hear that from a neighbor.

On Monday we bought a house, on Tuesday afternoon we called Marrit and she made sure that Jan came to our home on Wednesday. Due to the short lines at Hofstee, our house was already photographed for sale by Friday. After approval from our side regarding the photos, the video, and the accompanying text, our house was already placed on Funda for the following weekend. Having had multiple viewings in a week, we saw the bids on Monday. We are convinced that Jan's open and pleasant attitude during the viewings and Marrit's always alert and attentive attitude at the office ensured that we were able to sell our house to great satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed of developments: after the viewings, we were called to let us know how it had gone and what the expectations were. If we had a question, we could always contact Marrit and Jan, both by phone and email. We are very happy that we went with Hofstee and will recommend them to everyone who wants to sell their house.
