Ik heb niet veel ervaring met makelaars. Maar meteen bij de kennismaking was er meteen en klik. De benadering was persoonlijk en professioneel. Over de service heb ik niets te klagen. De deskundigheid lijkt me prima. Service en begeleiding waren top zo ook de prijs/kwaliteit. Tijdens de verkoop kon ik altijd bellen en als er niet kon worden opgenomen werd er altijd netjes snel terug gebeld. Verder was de relatie met de makelaar zeer persoonlijk, wat mij een goed gevoel gaf.…

Definitely not recommended. We had an appraisal carried out by this company for the sale of our house. The report that was returned was below par and contained a number of errors. Furthermore, we did not agree with the appraised value and on what basis the appraiser had based it. This was pointed out but the appraiser didn't want to correct the mistakes and seemed primarily interested in payment.

The behavior of the real estate agency is suspicious. They pressured us to sign a purchase agreement without sharing important information about the property. According to them, the official documents are in order and available, but they have never forwarded them to us. Even the documents that are legally required, we have asked for multiple times, but they always give no clear answer. There is clearly something wrong here.

Bad realtor sold to new owner, no success. Lies constantly, not fair. Previous owner you could go to for an honest answer. This one lets everything run its course and the person who does the rentals lies about everything too. Pay close attention to what you agree on before you know it they'll twist it around and suddenly can't find the contract anymore. Only think of themselves, not the customer. Keep everything.

Does not honor appointments. Sales brochure is simply incorrect. Misleading brochure. Spaces do not match what is being sold. Quick, smooth sales talk from Tom. Contractor and realtor pointing fingers. They say there will be a green roof terrace as in the brochure, but not even a water connection has been made to the roof terrace. How then??? Cutbacks on everything, not even a water connection has been made to the roof terrace, how can you give anything water. No electricity, now done by the VvE at our expense on the roof terrace. Mailboxes are being installed indoors - how stupid can you be as a contractor. You really are an idiot for doing that, I can't receive mail anymore, what morons! Indoor mailboxes placed behind closed doors

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with the real estate agent who showed us the house, Coen. We were a bit late for the viewing, but had called in advance and were assured that this would not be a problem. The intern we contacted was polite and helpful, but Coen was rude and unfriendly. He didn't even walk through the house with us and we felt uncomfortable asking questions because he was in a hurry and grumpy. All in all, it was an unpleasant experience and it has left a negative impression of the real estate office and even the house itself. Really terrible.
