The team delivers on what Rotsvast claims. Often a tenant has already been found when the previous tenant leaves, so we have no vacancy. The approach to recruitment is discussed in consultation. If we are ever late, we are reminded of this in a friendly way. If we bring a tenant ourselves, they give a generous discount on brokerage fees, while their service of screening/inspection/drafting and updating rental contracts/key handover remains at the desired level. It's a shame that the agreed appointments are not being kept. I tried to resolve it by phone, but due to the poor connection, this was unsuccessful.

5 Interested parties invited on one day to disappoint 4. And another 2 weeks later, only after calling several times themselves, they tell you it's already rented. This is unacceptable. Never do business with Rotsvast. What a bunch of amateurs work there. Regret that I spoke with them. You are better off finding another job. 90% of the houses you rent out aren’t even yours? No, don't bother. I can arrange subletting myself.

Friendly assistance

An email sent with the question of how renting a property through rotsvast works, presented to us, situation described. We need temporary accommodation until our house in Vlissingen is ready. We have 2 small dogs and I did notice that renting a property with pets in Zeeland is a challenge. I expected to simply receive an answer to my questions with the comment that it is indeed difficult but that they would do their best to help us, but what kind of response do I get “Dear, Renting a property with two dogs is almost impossible, kind regards” I don't know, but this seems very unfriendly. Say it in a polite way that you unfortunately cannot assist us, but there is a housing shortage and therefore this company feels they can act arrogant.

Hij reageerde niet eens op ons bod op het huis. We kwamen er pas bij toeval achter dat het huis aan een andere bieder was verkocht.

fantastische sfeer, super geweldige service en het eten was heel lekker! Wij reserveerden last minute een tafel voor 5 en konden zalig op terras terecht. Alles heel vlotjes! Wij komen graag terug vanuit Antwerpen!

Mijn inziens, achteraf geen goede match; moest veel te veel input (onderhandelingsstrategie) inbrengen om tot het gewenste resultaat te komen, ondanks de goede en beste bedoelingen van de makelaar. Had gevoel dat een goede relatie met de de potentiële koper(s) meer van belang waren, dan het behalen van het maximale resultaat

Echt een 9/10 super lekker. Zeker aangeraden, maar we mistte de lolly bij het kinderijsje

Vanavond heerlijk gedineerd met man en zoon. Wat een leuk restaurant! Gezellige sfeer, vriendelijk personeel en nog lekker eten ook. We hadden de pizza Rucola, Ossobuco en Spaghetti Carbonara. En als extra erbij de Bruscetta. En niet te vergeten: een lekker dessert. We komen zeker terug!

Ik zocht rond 18:00 uur een plek om te eten zonder reservering, en ze vertelden me dat ik kon eten, maar dat ik om 19:00 uur weg moest. Erg prettig om op zo'n drukke dag zomaar binnen te kunnen lopen. Fijne sfeer en erg goede bediening. Het eten was lekker.

Unacceptable communication regarding rental application Very disappointing experience with our rental application for Nijverheidsweg 13 and 15. All documents were complete and delivered on time. As a precaution, I emailed and called several times to make sure nothing was missing. I was promised that contact would be made if anything was missing, which never happened. None of my emails received a response and ultimately we received a rejection out of the blue, without any explanation. Completely unprofessional, improper and totally not customer-focused. That's not how you treat people.

I bought a house from this company where the following problems came to light: * The Funda advertisement stated that the house was 53m2, which is not true; the house turned out (when I sold it) to be 50m2 * The air conditioning unit installed in the bedroom was not properly connected to the exhaust, requiring me to have it repaired shortly after purchase * The basement was completely sealed, causing moisture during the winter; I had to have a window installed for this And other minor problems that took up a lot of time and money. I will definitely NEVER do business with this company again.

It's a shame you can't give 0 stars! Very bad landlord! 0.0 interest in the rented property, except for the monthly rent to be received. A lot of deferred maintenance, which is done nothing about, even after multiple emails and contact. They do come to perform maintenance without any form of communication; doorbell rings at 8 am when you are about to leave for work, or whether you can open the door because painting needs to be done. Very unskilled handymen, don't speak Dutch, work very and very slowly. These gentlemen are probably employed because they are cheaper. And in case of a power outage, where the whole house is out of order, which was later determined to be due to the incorrect wiring of the fuse box, you have to solve it yourself. De Pachter Vastgoed completely misses the mark!
