Ridiculous appraisal value. Appraisal value lower than a WOZ value, how is that possible? In the appraisal report it states that I did not submit a signed purchase agreement. However, I immediately sent it by email. That while there was also telephone contact about this. The houses compared to my new build from 2019 had either half the living and plot area or were 50 years old. Incidentally, it almost never happens that a house is appraised below the actual WOZ value. Of course, we had already contacted other real estate agents who also perform appraisals on the island and are from the island. It was exactly about 3. The funny thing is, all 3 gave an indication of what would fall within the €10,000 margin. Van Rossum? He was over €70,000 below the actual appraisal value.
