Find the broker generally to be too large a cost item in the sales process. Yes, they have the platform that we currently use, but I find the fee for it too high. We made a conscious choice for Krieger and Witte brokers, but that is mostly based on market knowledge and realistic price assessment.

Fantastische makelaar....zeker een aanrader

Toen wij de beslissing hadden genomen om ons huis te koop te zetten, zochten we een makelaar waar we ons goed bij voelden. We hebben met een aantal makelaars gesproken, maar besloten om met Krieger en Witte in zee te gaan. Ondanks dat ons huis niet het meest makkelijke object was om te verkopen, bleef Danny altijd enthousiast en werden wij goed op de hoogte gehouden omtrent bezichtigingen. Dankzij Krieger en Witte hebben ons oude huis verkocht en wonen wij nu met heel veel plezier in ons nieuwe huis. Danny, heel veel dank voor je inzet en het fijne contact!

Helaas een slechte ervaring met deze makelaar, in eerste instantie hield Danny Krieger zich goed aan de afspraken, na een tweede bezichtiging een bod op een huis gedaan, na de bevestiging van het bod dat deze besproken zou worden met de eigenaren werd het angstig stil en bleek een week later dat het huis aan een andere partij verkocht te zijn, zonder mij daar van op de hoogte te stellen. Ook was ik niet ingelicht dat er meerdere biedingen waren. Mijn mail waarin ik mijn ongenoegen uiten is ook niet beantwoord. Helaas houdt deze makelaar zich in mijn optiek niet aan de gedragscode van een makelaar en zou ik hem zeker niet aanbevelen aan een ander. Als je je huis wilt verkopen is het misschien wel de juiste makelaar tenminste als je het niet erg vindt dat hij de gedragscode niet zo nauw neemt en op deze manier met potentiële kopers omgaat.

Wij zijn op een prettige manier begeleid bij de verkoop bij ons huis. We hebben eerder een paar goede tips gekregen. In de laatste fase van de verkoop was er goed overleg over de stappen die nog moesten worden gezet. Dank voor de plezierige samenwerking.
