Just for information, I am the seller. Animo real estate agents sold our apartment! Pascal was one of the interested parties; after the viewing, things went very smoothly with this person. He wanted to buy but it didn't progress. Even shifted our vacation twice to handle everything, however Pascal kept postponing and wouldn’t sign. Then our apartment was sold to another interested party which all got arranged quickly. Conclusion, Marijn from Animo real estate agents did what he had to do, namely sell our apartment. Everything was well guided and handled by him, just what you expect from a real estate agent.

He said 2 to 4 weeks. Ultimately it was 2 to 3 months. Broker doesn't answer questions. After a while, broker is very slow, we agreed on the price. Then again very slowly problems about the handover what his statement was and what it ultimately became. Ultimately with this finished we wanted another 2nd viewing. Is fine he said and then you will also sign immediately. We would like to read it through first before we sign. No that wasn't possible. Eventually, Mr. started THREATENING if it is not signed today I will cancel the sale. Threatening backfires on us. Contacted many brokers but this one really stands at number 1 of worst real estate agents. Nobody comes close. Again the proof CHEAP=EXPENSIVE IS again the proof that a broker is a freelance profession and no training or anything is required. Is also not affiliated with any organization. 1 is too much, but unfortunately the minimum PS Above I have all this in black and white for anyone who wants to see it

Ze helpen verhuurders manieren te vinden om hun appartement boven de maximumprijs te verhuren, bijvoorbeeld door de huurder dubbel te laten betalen voor de parkeerplaats en andere voorzieningen. Ik kwam hierachter nadat ik een jaar lang elke maand 150 euro extra had betaald en ze de huur hadden verlaagd. Nu ben ik uit mijn appartement verhuisd. Eerst beweerden ze dat ik 605 euro borg had betaald en dat ze dat hadden teruggestuurd. Maar toen ik bewees dat ik eigenlijk 1400 euro had betaald, beloofden ze eerst het resterende bedrag terug te sturen, maar toen de verhuurder zich daartegen verzette, hebben ze me geblokkeerd. Als je bij hen huurt, wees dan voorbereid op dit soort gedrag. Ze doen alles voor de verhuurder, maar als je wordt uitgebuit, blokkeren ze je gewoon. Iedereen die bewijs wil zien met betrekking tot de makelaar kan contact met mij opnemen.
