Appointment made for the viewing of a commercial building. The real estate agent doesn't know the VVE costs. Promises to call back about it, unfortunately forgets that. I had to call back and made an offer which is already being swept off the table by the real estate agent. But she promises to discuss it with the seller because she says she is obligated to do so and promises to call me back as soon as possible, unfortunately forgetting me again and after a few days I call to see if she knows anything yet. You are actually in negotiation but unfortunately she had decided herself to proceed further with other candidates because she interpreted my offer in her own way as a final offer. And she had simply decided that it wasn't interesting enough. I didn’t even get the opportunity to adjust my bid because she was already working with other candidates.
