Roos uses Move in or out inappropriately and untimely to prevent the seller from controlling bids; conducts viewings while the property is sold subject to 'sale of own home' condition, potentially pressuring the buyer to withdraw the condition; uses a high degree of ‘yes but’ language in communication; etc. Therefore, both sellers and buyers can be disadvantaged by obscured practices.
