This could only happen from the nvn open houses day (strange that the real estate agent doesn't bother) I think either the real estate agent is doing too well. Or Mr. thinks 'ah, those city people can't afford it' (because I don't speak plainly) We ourselves live on something similar in terms of land and also in Drenthe.
