Apparently you don't want to sell, nice if you have your real estate office as the selling party. You'll be far from happy! Tip, buy nothing here and especially don't sell via this real estate agent! Feel free to look further and save your time and give your money to someone else.

The website looks inviting and well-maintained, but in practice there is still some room for improvement. From very close up I experienced that Wessel is not proactive, communicates poorly (e.g., the client had to find out afterwards that someone else had already made an offer, which only became clear after the client finally called themselves after waiting a long time) and works with assumptions ('I thought you would know' yes how then, if your purchasing broker does not inform you??). Subsequently sending an invoice for ?? 1 Being present once at the appraisal and travel costs are well paid. Better informing and maintaining more frequent/faster contact with clients seems to me a learning point.

It was not the first time that I have had to deal with this real estate agent. Just like the first times, I have received a lot of support and good advice from him.

You don't sell a house that often so the price/quality is hardly assessable but RMA Verecos helped us well, kept us neatly informed, and had good knowledge. The only improvement point I can think of is to report earlier that an Energy Label is necessary when selling; that became a bit tight (but it worked out!).

Had a bad experience with this company. After purchasing an apartment, they carried out the bathroom renovation. Several years later, it turned out that mistakes had been made which led to a serious leak that had to be urgently repaired just before Christmas; The Homeowners Association engaged a plumber for this and informed me. I asked DAK Woningbeleggingen after this repair whether we could reach a reasonable solution so that not all costs would have to be borne by me. Instead of a contribution, they refused to pay even one cent. Very disappointed in this company, I would advise against cooperation.

We waren zo opgelucht dat we Wendy, een huurhuis, in onze zoektocht tegenkwamen. Elke keer dat we belden klonken de telefonistes daarnaast niet blij met ons telefoontje en voelden we ons opdringerig, iets wat niet zou moeten in de Utrechtse huizenmarkt.
