This included working with us, taking into account the time difference in various ways (including sending videos of viewings) and explaining the required documentation and legal procedures in English, as well as providing an English copy of most of it. His experience in the field is also evident because during his viewings he spotted many potential issues that we certainly would not have seen, especially not through video calls.
