My previous experiences with a real estate agent have been that I could have done it better myself. But luckily, that was not the case this time. For the sale of my mother's house, we were guided by Hans Konings. He is honest and clear about what can and cannot be done. Very helpful, even with the buying party who did not have a real estate agent. Everything arranged from A to Z. Always responds quickly, even in the evening or on weekends. Always keeps his appointments. In short, I am very satisfied with this real estate agent.

. Do not absolutely give your house to this realtor. You will regret it. It is a waste of money and time. There is much to write, but I wanted to keep it short. If you don't want to regret it, do not trust this realtor absolutely. (Who says the five-star reviewers aren't themselves?)
