Initially satisfied. However, after a year of renting a studio of 26 m2 for 1 person, receiving an enormous supplementary bill regarding g/w/e (gas/water/electricity) of € 5.665,42. Quite sour without any interim warning (without your own energy contract you have no overview yourself) and especially when you only hear afterwards that when signing the rental agreement at the end of May last year, the landlord already knew that the advance payment amount of € 125,= per month was no longer sufficient. With block heating, you can be as economical as possible, but if the distribution key is not fair, as a tenant you are powerless.

The contacts went very smoothly and we are very satisfied with the way the viewings were handled: we were mainly abroad and Ludenhoff dealt with that very well. The bidding process (we went through a bidding process a few times) also proceeded to our full satisfaction. We received honest advice and restraint where necessary to temper our enthusiasm. Also, if there were questions in between, we could always find help, sometimes outside of regular working hours. If there is room for improvement, it is with the appraiser (relatively more expensive than, for example, appraisal via VEH) and building inspector for the inspection (report was meager) who were engaged through Ludenhoff. However, these points for improvement are marginal and we would, if there was a next time, definitely engage Ludenhoff again!

My starter home, N.B. in the city center of Utrecht, would not have happened without the team at Ludenhoff! From mortgage advice to indications of renovation costs and, especially important, qualitatively great insights when making an offer. Really have a chance of getting a home and still save some money by offering completely tactical and rational and only on a property that you really like. Because: 'Does this have the 'wow-factor' for you? No? Great, then we skip this.' The VVE documents are analyzed, recent house prices from the neighbors, name it; everything comes to light, especially what you yourself have completely missed. Viewing and whether or not to bid thus became a real adventure, with of course the necessary tension involved. It always remained fun! It's disappointing that an appointment to buy a house was cancelled 4 hours beforehand because the house had already been sold. Surprisingly, as most real estate agencies would let all visitors view it before finalizing a definitive offer.
