About a year ago, we moved from Van der Zaanstraat 1 3317WT Dordrecht. Melvin de Makelaar represented the homeowner and behaved very impolitely towards us, the tenants, during checkout. First, they were late for our checkout appointment and then they told us that we had to pay for a dirty oven. We asked for it to be cleaned, which was 20 minutes of work, but he refused. Later, he deducted €250 from our deposit. Very impolite behavior, I would never recommend this real estate agent. By the way, I later complained to the owner and got my money back.

Worst service ever. Melvin had scheduled a viewing with me, but in the e-mail he didn't mention the house number of the building/apartment. Once there, I had no information about the building, because they were all the same. Despite me calling him multiple times, he didn't pick up the phone. It took more than an hour to get there by train and he just doesn't care about people's time. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
