We have collaborated with Melvin twice. Both times it was a great experience, and most importantly, Melvin helped us both times in finding the right house for us. The first time we were looking for a property in the Netherlands. We weren't even in the Netherlands when we did so. Melvin is a good listener. He listened to all our wishes and requirements, made a shortlist of houses that were on the market, and after the second (online) viewing, we had our first house in a new country. He also knows the market and all the details about it. That helps with the negotiation and bidding process. After living in a rental property for 1.5 years, we decided to buy a home of our own. Worst service ever. Melvin scheduled a viewing with me and in the email he did not mention the door number of the building/apartment. When I arrived there, I was lost without information about the building, because there were multiple identical ones. Despite calling him several times, he didn't answer his phone. It took me more than 1 hour to get there by train and he simply doesn't care about people’s time. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Melvin is the best! I contacted him on the 12th of the month and asked him to find a place for me before the end of the month, as I was traveling on the 1st of the next month. With a little luck, it worked out! Besides the delivery, he is very friendly and professional. I've been around for a while and have dealt with many real estate agents, Melvin is by far the best.
